1 General Provisions and Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 5i25 website, mobile version, and all services connected to it.
• "Member" refers to a registered account holder.
• "Gaming Services" refers to slots, live casino, cricket betting, and all other betting products.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited in a member's account and bonus balance.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register an account or use gaming services on the 5i25 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You may not act on behalf of another person or under the direction of a third party.

The Company may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for age verification. Account activity may be restricted until the required documents are provided.

3 Account Registration and Management

It is mandatory to register an account at 5i25 with accurate and complete information. Any false or incorrect information provided at the time of registration may result in account closure.

• Each member may open only one account.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or sharing an account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account information up to date.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Specific policies apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at 5i25. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn via the same method used for the deposit, unless the Company approves otherwise.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonuses.
• The Company reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if an unusual or suspicious transaction pattern is detected.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

5i25 offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus; total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Another example: deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and specific conditions.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, household, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• Any misuse of or attempt to exploit the bonus program will result in the relevant account being closed and the bonus being forfeited.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds and cash funds are applied separately — cash funds take priority at the time of withdrawal.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All gaming activity at 5i25 is conducted under specific rules. We use SSL encryption and proven secure gaming technology to ensure fair play.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game results cannot be manipulated or predetermined.
• The use of automated bots, software, or artificial aids is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games or claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspicious gaming activity and take necessary action.
• The Company reserves the right to void any incorrect results or incorrect payouts displayed due to a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the result of that round will be saved in the system.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

• Reverse engineering or imitating any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5i25 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from network outages, server downtime, or technical errors.
• Losses caused by issues with a user's own device or internet connection.
• The actions or technical failures of third-party game providers.
• Unauthorized account access where the member created that opportunity through their own negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
